The on-site accommodation rooms will be available to book in blocks of 2, 3 or 4 nights through Keele from the day registrations open, and you will pay them directly. When you register for the event, you will be presented with a link that will guide you to the site to book your accommodation. You can also book your room online here.

Please note that all rooms are single occupancy only. All rooms include a buffet-style breakfast, and the cost includes VAT. There are limited number of Ensuite Rooms, and loads of Standard Rooms, however the quicker you book after registering the better.

• If you wish to cancel, you will be charged £10.00 for each booking, the booking becomes non-refundable after the 12th of July 2010.
• Amendments as well will be charged a £10.00 admin fee, so best get it right from the start!
• Closing dates for the room bookings will be the 5th of August 2010.
